Well, I sometimes go trough the same situation.
But I have to say I do get slightly intimidated and while I give a good service I start talking gibberish

as my brain is really busy taking mental pictures

Without giving any names, not too long ago I was having a chat after the session ended with a really beautiful man. He put on some clothes and sat next to me on the couch to cool down a little. When I turned my head to look at him, I forgot what I was talking about

the way he was sitting there, with the shirt half done was incredibly sexy, for me anyway.
