Quite the opposite for me Liberty, I have met a number of the 'very' popular and well reviewed girls but have not left a review. I will ALWAYS review girls if I feel there is a problem or if Im excited about a new find... lol

It is becoming more common for new or less well known ladies to ask for reviews while the more established ladies may not, I know I have been asked on a number of occasions would I leave a review.
There is also the "lets help the new girl" mentality amongst clients, how many threads do you see praising a new girls pictures, far more than ones praising established ladies ones and that's for sure, same goes for reviews I reckon..
