Why are rates generally higher in Cork and Kerry? Any SUGGESTIONS why?

Its the same everywhere outside dublin. But in addition i would also like to say that those who charge 80 / 160 in dublin or limerick charge 100 / 200 when in other towns! So do i drive the 2 hours to dublin or do the irish thing and grin and bear it?

Most likely due to the fact that it is either Cork or Kerry.
