another piece of info thats relevant is that a reseidance either leased or owned by a sex worker cannot be classed as a brothel unless it is used by another person who is not the lease holder or owner of property as this makes it a place of habitural prostitution/ brothel

i was also looking for a clear definition of brothel and found this
“brothel” is a common law term and means a place resorted to by persons of both sexes for the purpose of prostitution. There must be at least two women or men plying their trade as escorts in the place. its entirely up to the escort to adjust prices as she wishes, its her business , so she sets her own prices.

I have been with some escorts paid 300 for an hour and had an awful time, also paid 180 recently and it was one of my best experiences in recent times.

On the other hand i have also spent £500 stg per hour with a couple of US pornstars last year, and it was absolutely amazing !

Has anyone noticed that some of the new girls who have arrived since the new year have given themselves a 20% pay rise. €300 for an hour with no extras included. Benchmarking once again is totals ignored. I'm not saying that these girls are not worth it in fact as I have no intention in visiting them I have no idea but it does seem a little excissive. prices look to be staying down here in the north. Theres a fantastic residents charges £50/hr in a town near me. Generally the daily spurt advertisers are £80/45 mins except if theres a queue. Its going to be a harder year for escorts, given the economic climate and competition from foreign girls and the no of local girls that are starting part time.
