btw has anyone here ran a marathon. My limit is 10k and am stiff for days after.

I heard that for amateurs to prepare for a marathon, it takes nearly a year for preparation. Never done it before.

I ran the marathon twice when I was younger. 10k is all I can manage now.

It was a the ladies dublin city marathon so for some reason i doubt that would effect the girls.

well lots of the streets were closed in the centre of town yesterday with the car shows on all day, how did that go for business ladies?
