    Thanks SR but doesn't really answer my question.....bit of a dance around the issue actually, only goes into vague job descriptions and then tails off on a tangent ........owing to somewhat lax moderation !!!!!!

    I have no idea what the situation is and can you please provide evidence that I have ever asked such a question before.


    As per Wikipedia- citation needed- !!!!! and if you cannot cite then please have your post deleted as it casts aspersions at my good name.

    I hope that you are not been used by the mods to throw my thread off track. I note that you were awful quick to engage on the thread linked by SR above ( that's a citation, SEE !) when a similar issue about mods was previously raised.
