It could also me a tact to create a "legitimate" account to review fake profiles. If someone reviews a few well established escorts and one or two of them thank him, either thinking it was someone else or they don't care where their reviews are from. Then this account has a bit of credence, so they can begin to review some of their fake escort profiles and sneak in under the radar.
