Referendum to solve Hobbygate

If the amendment to the constitution is passed in the upcoming referendum it will give the houses of the
Oireachtas the power to reach conclusive findings on the Hobbygate scandal. Sources close to the goverment
say that they wheels are already in motion to set the enquiry in place the very moment the referendum may
be passed. The cabinet are in agreement that to resolve this issue is much more important than sorting out
the economic situation, it has been suggested by the Troika that no resolution of this matter could have a
detremental effect on global financial markets as our credibility as a nation depends on resolution of the matter

I think the Oireachtas has already ruled in this case. And given the change in constitution, the individual at the centre of the scandal can't even appeal to the high court (as it has been taken out of the hands of the judiciary).

So you can guess which way I'm am going to vote next Thursday with regards to that specific referendum. I believe an individual should always be able to appeal to the judiciary regardless of how heinous the alleged crimes may be.

At 20:00 I started reading a half dozen contradictory threads regarding Gossip, Lost Business, Stephanie and Hobby

I also havent got a fucking clue what reams of posts and multiple threads on the Hobbyist are about , but one thing is if the vast majority of us havent a clue , then how the feck can anyone claim that those vast posts of innuendo can affect someones livelihood , ????????
