They have also been used in the UK in cases (well, certainly two cases that I know of) of escorts being prosecuted for not declaring income to the Inland Revenue.I stopped reviewing a while ago and doubt I'll write one in future.
Call me a prude but I never felt good about publishing my private meetings to a public anonymous community, they're something i'd rather keep to myself and making a record of the date, time and details doesn't sit well with me personally. That said, I still find other people's reviews useful. Some may say that's selfish of me and maybe it is, I don't care.
I'd also be inclined to agree with Viking's point about the Ex-escort Interviewer thread. Escorts may see reviews as a necessary evil and good for business but I doubt most of them appreciate reading them, particularly the explicit ones written by knobs.
Anyway, this may all be irrelevant... If (when) that law criminalising the punter comes into play I'd imagine a lot of guys here will think twice before writing their review.
One final reason I won't be writing another review is that I wouldn't appreciate the possibility of it being read out in a courtroom to a foreign audience nearly 2,000 miles away
