Given the economic times we are in, I would think that escorts would much prefer a discount as a reward for loyalty. To keep it simple, why not have the criteria based on a scale provided that no fake pictures are ever used and profile is maintained continuously along with whatever else is decided.
Example:
20% discount per week/month after 12 weeks of continuous advertising, 25% off per week/month after 24 weeks, 30% off per week/month after 48 weeks. The idea of bronze, silver and gold bordering as suggested by another poster could be utilized here with those in the 20% bracket getting bronze, those in the 25% bracket getting silver and those in the 30% bracket getting gold.
I would imagine the escorts would much prefer the above mentioned situation. Seems fair and it's only 12 weeks to go for an escort to begin reaping the benefits of loyalty.
