Only found about references a few months ago. It would be good when you are left a reference that you get a little green notification.
Very very pleased to have received a few and have sent thanks to the ladies who took the time to leave me one.
Hopefully be leaving one it means that I was a gentleman in their company, we had a laugh and they would be happy to see me again.

I've quite a few references and I think they should be indicated up there on the right under post count. I must say its nice to receive them

I don't really see the point of them being anonymous to other escorts. As. Ebs says she would ring another escort if she wanted a ref. This would be a good list that she could contact an escort off if she could see their names.

I agree. It's a good idea. Perhaps EI could look at adding this feature? Also, would it be possible to allow escorts to see who has given references?

Am on an I-phone so can't research properly ... I did put the word deserved in inverted commas as I appreciate it means different things to different people; if I upset you by using that word I do apologise.

Have left c. 25 reviews and c. 8 references. References haven't solely been based on services received ... As you mentioned, location, hygiene, ambience, comparability, etc.

Non references refer to cases of dingy locations, clearly more than 3 working from one premises, poor hygiene (eg. Bed linen ), or cases where I felt 'other forces were at work' ( will explain more, but not here ).

I do have one question. From the References page on profiles I see:

Only users in the "Established Clients" usergroup can give client references.

What, exactly, is the Established Clients usergroup? I don't see any way to leave my own reference when I visit a profile, so I preume therefore that I'm not in it.

Established client status comes after a certain amount of posts. I think it's something like 269 but don't quote me.

my general problem is that i can't give references.may i know why postin is more important for that than to meet the escorts?

I can see some possible abuses Nicole, so if it is possible for the escorts to see who left the references but not necessarily the other posters. This would make it easier for the ladies to determine a gents bona fides by knowing who to pm or chat too about a client if they have any qualms.

If that is not possible then I have no issue with the everyone seeing the references. Any poster worth his or for that matter her salt has left reviews for most if not all of their visits so the references will follow the reviews.

I think escorts should certainly be able to see who the references are from, as suggested up-thread. I'm not sure of the utility of non-escorts seeing the same information.

I think that other escorts should be able to see who left the reference.
Don't see the merit of general users being able to access it.

Absolutely think escorts should be able to see which escort has given reference. As an anonymous reference is about as much use to her as an anonymous review would be to a punter !
