    Arrow Chat room advice / help

    Having problems getting onto the chat room keep getting this message

    Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

    Most likely causes:
    You are not connected to the Internet.
    The website is encountering problems.
    There might be a typing error in the address.

    Any help and what is Allow active content to run in files on my computer

    I dont think anyone else is having that proble, Ive just been in there and there are people in there already.

    Wouldnt know mate, i use Mozilla firefox, i reckon its better than Internet explorer

    You'll need to allow active content run.
    There should be a small pop up bar that appears at the top of your browser window, when you try and access chat.
    Click on that and tell it to always allow from this site.

    Nothing wrong with the site only trying to have the correct settings to access chat room

    Active content now on but still no joy. Do you need to restart computer ?

    No I wouldn't have thought so.
    Maybe close and reopen browser.

    Other than that, maybe it's something with anti virus software of firewall settings ?

    Did you have problems accessing chat before or did it just suddenly stop working ?

    Without knowing your Operating System of what version of Internet Explorer you are using maybe check for the following three updates.
    1 - Check for Windows Updates
    Start button > Windows Updates
    Install any new updates as advised by the Microsoft website.
    2 - Update Java
    If you see a red X in a white box you should make sure you have the latest version of Java installed.
    Download the latest Java from http://java.com/en/ (Its free)
    3 - Update Flash
    Install the latest version of Flash from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ (Its free)

    Or might be easier to download Google Chrome

    Just download Mozilla firefox and try that, its better than explorer anyway
