Site slow ?

Is the site running very sluggish or is it just me ? The rest of the interwebz seems fine..

Seems to be for atleast 10 mins minimum for me (it is fine now) but this happens nearlly every time I access this website. Definitely an issue with your hosting providers or something!

It seems to happen to me around 7pm. Only lasts for a few mins then no probs.
