I would have preferred to remain innocent in the ways a lady gets around working while during her monthly cycle but if you knew she was having her periods would you still be happy to still go see her considering the obvious additional risks?

My point is given the choice most clients would prefer to wait and see the lady rather than going ahead with the appointment so by working through them she isn't gaining anything as the same guys will still see them after..
I think you're partly right. There are punters who want to see a particular escort and will wait until she is available. But there are also punters who just want to see someone, and may only be able to on a particular day. The first kind will generally wait, but the second kind won't. I'm more the first kind of punter, but I doubt that I am typical.
