Was just wondering if it would be a good idea to have a Post Waiting Period for new members here?

It's often the case that banned members make a new name straightaway and start trolling whoever they feel is responsible or they have a grievance with and it takes them all of 5 seconds to make a new name and post again. It's also happened that they'll make an offensive name about the person they're in dispute with. It might be an idea to have a waiting period of 1, 2 or 10 hours before new members are able to post, that way their temper tantrum may subside. Or instead, to have a mod "okay" new membernames before they're enabled to post.
Other forums i've used do this and it generally seems to work, though obviously not against the dedicated trolls of the interwebz

It would be but we dont get a stupid amount of trolls coming on that often, might aswell let all you good ones in and weed the bad ones out when they slip up

Yeah but how many "good" trol..members actually start posting within an hour or two of registering? I would guess they're in the minority.
