experts say all we should do in our bedrooms is sleep.
escorts entertain all manner of pricks in there all day,
i feel the drama of this could be affecting them gaining adequate
    rest when required.

2am is particularily early to wake, are you anxious about stuff this weather, AG?
fresh bedding, massage your neck and shoulders, Lavender essential oil, all electrics
out of the room, create darkness, remove watch and clock, do not check the time on
waking, as this may create stress, make sure you're warm in bed...

You shouldn't lie there getting stressed. Get out of bed and go and read somewhere quiet with soft lighting. Dont watch the tele, don't drink or eat anything.

If you can sleep its better to get up do something and then get back to bed. If I cannot sleep , I turn on the light, make something warm to drink and read book. Usually I am ready to sleep in 30- 45 minutes.
    Happy dreaming Army
