    Default Favourite food ?

Now, I don't mean style of food like Chinese or pizza, I want specifics ! I mean I could just say shell fish but mine is a soft roll with lobster, beef tomato and Marie Rose sauce or a simple bowl of lobster meat or snow crab legs with a little bowl of clarified butter to dip the meat into ! Only prob is you can't get a decent version of either over here so over here I'd have to go for a nice t bone with garlic prawns and real chips ! Anyone hungry yet !!!

Singapore chow mien, it's spicy thin noodles(dry) with chicken, ham, duck, prawn and various vegetables thrown in. Would love one now!!

Ahiajo con Pollo with Arepas. A thick chicken and potato soup made in Colombia, know as a peasant soup. It has a herb called guascas in it and over my soup I sprinkle coriander and lay ripe avocado slices on top and add a slight swirl of cream. The arepas are cornmeal patties that look are the size and shape of scottish pancakes - maybe slightly deeper - I like mine with cheese. Yum, yum.
