    Lightbulb energy

lately i've been feeling listless, i wake up tired and
don't improve through the day. i have an idea what is contributing to it.
i think a lot of it is phychological, this recession has changed my life considerably
and after 4 years of it, the uncertainty and general gloom gets to me.

how are you in the mornings? do you wake like a hare, brimming to go?

I have exactly the same for over 3 years now and finally plucked up the courage to see a doctor 3 weeks ago. Lo and behold I was diagnosed with PTSD, dont really like the diagnosis but at least I can get my head together now focus on sorting myself. Go see the quack Warmcome, it might really help.

i am one of the believers that you can think your way into recessions, the minute we heard the word we crubed or spending with of course has a knock on affect form the shop to the factory, those who had cash got scared and lack of their spending led to further job loses. if you only think negative taughts negativity will follow you, i am truly surprised i havent seen more entrupernual ideas and business comming out of this, we just need a spark to light the fire doom nd gloom and mentioning markets wnt get us out look how far we have come we did too fast now we gotta pay, whats wrong with us now is we have had it too easy we need to g et the hands dirty, as my parents say their circumstances didnt change too much in the boom years their still the same income well ish farming a bit shitter... but they think postive find other ways their by no means well off but just about comfortable but they cud be worse off if they sank dwn nd got bitter about the recession, when wool became worthless in ireland they found other uses for it .... ireland needs to stop blaming stop talking shit nd start thinking! we wnt get out of this fighting over who did what

hi saoirse! i agree the mind dictates the rest. a friend of mine
asked an auctioneer to value his house. although he paid €260k
the valuer said in the current market (no mortgages), €100k is all that could be
saught. this has happened all over the country. i can understand why people are scared
to spend in such a changed enviroment.

I think you're either a morning person or a night owl.
I'm definitely a morning person. Up at 6.30 every morning even weekends. Just can't sleep in.
