Your right and every arsenal fan knows our weaknesses,it just a shame the people in charge of our team don't or don't seem to care.

Well in this case it is,he has bought badly the last cpl of years and is unwilling to spend money for some quality, honestly it was only a matter of time when we would get a hammering like this....

    I have to agree
Wenger was good at getting good young players and launching their careers but unfortunately they are in danger of becoming a feeder club selling their best young players to bigger teams .

Great result for united with some fantastic goals but united didnt play as well as they could have

Some big changes needed at the emerites

Been a gooner from i was 11 years old and that was a very long time ago so it really hurts me to see the mess that they have got themselves into, It's well and good having a stable bank balance and a new stadium but watching them during the week in the champions league qualifier it was clear that there is no depth in the squad at all and even the first 11 are in my opinion second rate. Wenger came in and did a good job for a while picking up players like Petit and Henry that few had heard of when they arrived but it seems he fell into the trap of believing that any player he bought would turn into a star overnight. This has resulted in multiple signings of players that no other clubs would even consider for obvious reasons and it pains me to see this once great club struggle to keep up with the top clubs. I cannot see how it can be turned around this season as what player of the quality required is going to take the risk of signing for a club clearly in a desperate state, as for Wenger I really dont see him walking away or the board getting rid of him just yet but give it another month or two and if thing's continue as they look likely to I can see a change of manager in the near future if a suitable replacement can be found and that wont be easy.
