it will be soon 10 years since the dreadful events of
whats commonly become known as 9/11. i suppose the ten years
has gone by appropriately, feels like ten years.

i was about to board a plane in Paris, when we
were told that a plane had crashed into a building in New York. i could have been
stranded if i didn't avail of the flight, so flew home. i was devastated to see the footage
on the TV at home. do you remember where you were?

I was in work when the planes hit the towers. Everything basically stopped for the rest of the day, and we were all pretty much glued to the internet & news on the radio. Still shocking images.

Hard to believe its nearly 10yrs.
Its our generation's Kennedy moment. Everyone knows were they where when it happened.
The fact it was captured on tv made it more unbelievable.
I was at work. We watched it all unfold on a small tv.
