If you are planning on booking an escort through an agency you are not going to get to speak to her before hand. You can check with the receptionist of the agency but remember services are at an escorts discretion.

In regards to actual agencies I don't know much of the ones you mention but some reliable ones are Max's Angels and Hamiltons.

Hamiltons sent a few of their ladies over here on tour on a few occasions during '08, very popular ladies too and at least they were up front about the ladies being agency which back then was very rare and thw ladies were top class, every one of them..
