Uuummm...why would there be an issue with covered CIM, either a condom works or it don't.

For what it's worth, I think it's a good idea to have these additional options. The CIM with condom has been used by more than 1 girl, I'm finding it more and more. My point is that if covered oral is offered as a service then I don't see the point of specifying CIM also, for me it would be a moot point, I would come in the condom and would not be seeking clarification in advance.
