A felllow breast feeder was searching online for local milk banks where surplus milk is used to treat very sick and or premature neonates at the mothers request but Ireland does not have such a service and instead she was met with ads of women selling BM for profit in the states and in the UK but upon further investigation determined while most in america buy it to feed adopted babies, the biggest demand in the UK is by men for themselves.
It would seem aparent that most men looking have simply a fetish for BM but others are using it to treat cancer, IBS etc.
Just thought if such fetishes were in demand in Ireland, they may be found on an escort site
