    Default Erectile Dysfunction.

I have read a number of good posts covering this subject on EI and although they have been a help I, as one who suffers from this condition, have always had a problem working up the nerve to ask my Doctor for a prescription for Viagra.

I have had the same lady Doctor for years and she is great but I just cannot bring myself to ask her about this.

I don’t want to go and see another Doctor so I have been stuck. It has really put me off visiting the lovely ladies of EI even though to a lady they have been wonderful about it. The fear of failure has become a big psychological barrier to me and the last straw was when I went to see a lovely lady recently and despite her best efforts nothing happened.

By chance I came across a website drthom.ie where after completing a health questionnaire they will, if the deem you suitably fit, offer/post a prescription for Viagra or other medical remedies to erectile dysfunction. The fee is €30.00 which is a dam site cheaper than if I visited my own Doctor.

I know that in some ways it is a coward’s way out but I post the info for others who find themselves in a similar situation.

Asking your female doctor about erectile dysfunction might be a great way to get her to look at your cock

i think you should disclose the matter to your GP-she will quickly prescribe,
once she is happy with your health history.

if you get the online script-be honest about your health.

doubt if you'll find a pharmacy without the odd female...

If i was you i would just tell your Gp.She knows your medical History and will be the best to treat the problem.I would say you are not the 1st to ask here about erectile dysfunction and you will not be the last.alternatively you could ask for a male doctor if you are not comfortable asking a female doctor.Or you could ask if there are any locum doctors in your surgery and book a appointment with them.

Firstly, sorry to hear about your problem. I'm sure it must be very frustrating.

I would really urge you to talk with your own doctor, you never know it may not be ED it could be a symptom of somthing else, you never know. So you really should disclose this to your doc.
I know you may feel embarrased by this, but just try and approach it in a light hearted way with her. A little humor goes a long way in these situations.

I've a very pretty lady doc, last time she checked me out. I told her as she was checking my prostate ' I'd pay good money for this service' she replied 'you are'

I too have a lady doctor and believe me she isn't hearing anything she hasn't heard or seen before. Didnt have the same problem as you, but had a bladder problem, she had no problem in describing what they were going to shove down my japs eye and up my rectum etc. Really no need to be embarressed about it at all. She knows your medical history, there well may be some physiological reason behind it. That sort of medication you really shouldn't take with out your docs say so, if you have high/low blood pressure etc. Just blurt it out when you go and see here, she won't bat an eye
Come in she said "I'll give you shelter from the storm "

I would not risk an internet perscription, particularly for viagra it will be seized by customs and you will be threatened with court for illegally iimporting drugs. Talk to your GP, or if you are afraid to do so Dr Andrew Rynne in Co Kildare will see you and prescribe whatever you need as a once off or repeat patient. He has a website not sure what it is, but very accessible.

I'm really sorry to hear about your problem and it can be really embarrassing talking to other people about it. Is there not a sexual health clinic you can go to in your area? In the UK we have GUM clinics or sexual health clinics that you can attend, where you don't always need to have a referral from your GP. If you have one near you, give them a call and see if you can make an appointment without seeing your GP.
Like the others have said though, it's nothing your GP won't have seen and heard before. Tell her you're embarrassed to bring it up, but it is something you've been worrying about for a while. I'm sure she will be extremely sympathetic and professional.
