Sexual arousal is a complicated thing. So yes, if I was very physically attracted to a woman , then I think I would be capable of having sex with her even if I might dislike her as a person. Highly unlikely situation though.

No, if I don't click on some level, it's not going to happen. Even if the woman is physically very attractive, I could not. I'd sooner be able to have sex with a plainer woman that I did like. I think sex is psychological, not just physical - so you have to like them on some level.
