As the title goes could you?
By "dislike" I presume you mean "dislike as a person"? As opposed finding someone physically unattractive"?
In order to like or dislike someone, I'd actually have to get to know them a bit. I don't ever judge on initially impressions. And once I either like or dislike someone, that seldom changes.
So in answer to the OP's question - No I can't have sex without someone I dislike. I wouldn't want to be in their presence, period.
Unfortunately the same goes for attraction for me. I can't have sex with someone I find unattractive. However, whether I find someone attractive or unattractive can change over time (both ways).
Which I why I have great admiration for escorts, because you ladies are able to have sex with a client (whether you like him or not, and whether you find him attractive or not. And in most cases I presume it's not!). And the real skill is never letting the guy know what you really thought of him! The mark of a true professional in any avenue of life) - the ability to get on with the job regardless of personal inclinations or feelings.
