Sexual arousal is a complicated thing. So yes, if I was very physically attracted to a woman , then I think I would be capable of having sex with her even if I might dislike her as a person. Highly unlikely situation though.

No, if I don't click on some level, it's not going to happen. Even if the woman is physically very attractive, I could not. I'd sooner be able to have sex with a plainer woman that I did like. I think sex is psychological, not just physical - so you have to like them on some level.

I think it depends on the nature of how you dislike them. Hate is very closely related to love and in the same vain if you dislike someone it can also be quite electric, after all it is possible to admire someone you don't like.
I think if it was a general attitude problem, then yes I probably could and enjoy it, but if it was more to do with hurting someone I cared for or real nastiness then perhaps not.
