I'm guessing the the loonie calls, texts and PMs from TWs and assholes make up the majority of contact each day. So It must be very difficult to sort the good from the bad unless you are a repeat visitor

Exactly. And sometimes after talking to so many idiots you are too disheartened to answer.

I went to Cork for 2 days and only saw two clients. Don't get me wrong- my phone didn't stop ringing but I had every timewasteridiotprick calling and I had enough. Switched the phone off and stuffed my face. I sometimes find it hard to grit my teeth and smile so I'd rather do that than pick up with a bad attitude. Swearing down the phone isn't fun.

With regards to not returning pm appointments I'm pretty good at it but mainly because I have a Blackberry so I can answer in the back of a cab or wherever. However it does become difficult as sometimes genuine pms get swamped between chit chat pms.
