End of the day they kick a ball around a field.
The UEFA idea is good in theory but will be difficult to enforce.
Man City just sold the naming the rights for their stadium for a reported £400 million. This allows them to spend what they want.

    The American system is good.
The worst teams get the best new players and the wage cap means you can't afford all the best players.
Allows no team to be dominant for more than a few years.
Can't see how this could work in football though.
Correct the Harry, you know why it won't work. Because of that git Blatter in FIFA!!!! He is by far the biggest mafia of all the mafia's out there. How could an old git like him, be allowed to run FIFA, has the other clowns in it no sense and voted him back for another term. FFS!!!!

Look at the scandal before the last FIFA election, Bin hammam was found guilty of bribery, etc and Blatter was the only one left!

anyone who speaks out against him gets accused of bribery. They all take bribes .

Everyone one of them should be sacked.

Anyway the salaries are a joke
What will happen to city when the cap, not only the wages but limit the number of foreign players in a team

True Doozer, they take bribes or accept gifts. Can the other gits in FIFA not see, an old git like Blatter can't run an organization like FIFA anymore? I hope there will be a salary cap, it's not like these footballers are kicking a ball made of gold that, the best players won't damage the ball!!! Where is passion for the game these days? But in the quiet, I think King Kenny is creating a masterplan! More local players in the Liverpool squad I think, correct me if I'm wrong?

Platini won't be as bad, if there is a revamp of FIFA at the high end.

Yep, but which top four team in the Premier league, can full fill the criteria of having the minimum amount of home grown players,in a match? I'm guessing Arsenal,MU and LIverpool?
