Opting Out of Reviews

I agree with you.
I do think reviews are important, particularly when you are starting out. However, I do not like reviews. Not one bit.
How many reviews does one person need for anyone to see they are genuine.
I feel the reviews I have give enough information for someone (who only visits based on reviews of others) to make a decision on whether they would like to see me or not.
If I could remain verified and keep the reviews I have, I too would stop accepting reviews.

Opting out of reviews resulting in the profile going to Unverified is archaic. Surely after a certain number of reviews, from a variety of established members etc. the profile should be deemed genuine and allow the person the option to accept no more reviews but keep the profile as verified. In a community such as this I do not see it being difficult to establish such a criteria, it appears to be there to stop the practice of bogus profiles yet impacts the genuine girls, something that needs to be looked at IMHO...

I don't think that's the case with the majority. It seems to be board users who mostly rely on reviews.

For sure ladies who don't allow reviews stay in business... But stay is probably the word as they are loosing out on potential business by not allowing reviews. Take 2 similar ladies , age, looks , cost and one allows reviews and other doesn't! Most likely the guy will got with the reviewed lady cause he can be so what surer of he credibility. I am not saying the other lady isn't credible, just that the review gives some what of a garuntee.

Tht said it will be based on board users. But out of the thousands of users both reg and visitors .... From a sales perspective isn't it better to have that little something extra to secure the deal ( reviews)

Also on your other point, I agree an established lady should be able to opt out and still hold her current reviews and verified status. Something you ladies need to get sorted

Just one down side from a punter point of view is that if a established lady leaves and allows her profile to be used by another lady who is not as good but gets the one hit punters because of the old profile! Thts not right either, cause the review can't be written to say it's not the same girl . Something that could be exploited.

As a touring escort there is only a certain amount of regulars I can maintain. There are of course a few clients who call me when I'm at home asking when I'm next over and make sure they see me. However a lot of my client base are "one hit wonders". I am fine with this. As nice as it is to have a regular client who you can relax with, treat and get to know- I find the prospect of meeting totally new people exciting as well .

However I feel they (reviews) are only helpful to a point. Yes I get more calls but no more than I did when I had 10. The expectations put upon me were lower when I had 10 so the chance of pleasently surprising a client with a trick or two was higher. Now I feel like the bar has been seet so high there may not be room to go over it.

My clients' usual reaction is : Wow, all the reviews really are true.. You're just like your profile says.. lol

I would be suspicious if someone opts of reviews. I can understand that some Escorts do not like explicit reviews and I respect that. However I think an Escort should allow reviews.

In regards to verified photos and reviews going together I think this is unfair... It is a very harsh punishment for those ladies who would not like reviews but are genuine. This is one of the only sites I've ever advertisied on where you get punished for not wanting reviews.

Simply put, the actual issue is credibility. Profils and websites are advertising whose purpose is obviously to maximise the escort's attributes and to attract business, in isolation they cannot give an independent assessment and indeed in some cases are either bogus or considerably enhanced. The concept of reviews is to confirm the details of the profile and to give an account of the quality of the appointment and the services. There are some escorts and reviewers with an insatiable desire to build up review numbers, thats their business, good luck, what it leads to however are generally anonymous tracts adding nothing new to general information and are merely statistics.
Fine with me if an escort opts out and her previous reviews remain, although the gap since the last review will undoubtedly be a factor, but if the escort has a solid reputation and regular clients, wheres the problem, if you think business is affected, opt back in, posta thread with an explanation. There will always be inconsistencies in a review system, we are dealing with imperfect humans after all, reviews that tell me something i did not previously know are essential reading, a leap in the dark is an expensive game

Exactly. Even with the current system, this happens and E-I don't seem to be interested in doing anything to stop it.
