A step to far or not enough?

I am a non smoker, and I have a kid, however I too agree it is a step too far. Not only that but does no one see the irony in banning smoking in a vehlicle that emits more harmful toxins than any cigarette every will!!!!!

Sad statistic, one in three of us will get cancer, and one in four will die of it, regardless of smoking or any other factors.!!!!
