What can a phone call to an escorts phone prove? Yes you contacted them, you might've made an appointment, you might or might not have turned up but what can the Gardai do with that information? Nothing. They haven't arrested you on the premises, you haven't been caught soliciting a girl on the street, they haven't seen the exchange of money, all the evidence they have is that you contacted the escort. They cant prosecute you for that. I think that argueing about what phone someone uses or if they were with the girls recently is no way as important as the welfare of the girls in question, I hope that they were well treated and have not been to scared by the experiance.
