Before anyone can answer that, I think the parameters haver to be defined properly.
this problem has actually been thought of originally by A. einstein .
A person in a train can actually be moving and stationary at the same time, it all depends which reference point in space is taken into account.
a person in a train is moving if the reference point is outside the train(ex; train station)but is stationnary if the reference is inside the train.
