I blame the governments who allow them to come into countries, but having said that, the sell and distribution of drugs does help the economy, and prevent the young from realizing that they are getting a raw deal, and their drug selling could be used in exchange for reovloutonary activities.

Personally I've lived abroad and travelled extensively in South America and Asis.. Hate drugs.. But have used poppers with clients.

Personally, I think all drug dealers are a scourge on society as a whole.

I hope that includes the local chemist and pharma rep who chase doctors, and take them on expensive trips and give them expensive gifts so that they'll prescribe their drugs

If I was I would have to blame both the parents and society. The parents to warn them against the dangers and society for not giving therm alternative options
