To help with this issue - to get into the end of the text - hold your finger in the text area until the magnifying glass appears and than move your finger downwards - it will move the cursor down until you reach the end of the text.

I think I know what he means... at times during the day, when you click 'who's online' it doesn't load and you have to wait 15-20 minutes for this to work again. This has always been the case.
