No worries on highlighting the review, it is to be expected. An intrinsic part of my job has to be accepting criticism if I am to learn from it, and in this instance the criticism was somewhat deserved.

Very rarely, you meet a client and you know from the start the appointment will not go well. I think perhaps under these circumstances I shall now resolve to decline the booking, no matter how uncomfortable that may feel at the time. C'est la vie.
