I do, yes. Always. Can't answer for anyone else. If you want to pay 100 I don't understand the issue? Do you want them to offer the change so you can say 'No, you keep it'? I don't understand why you are asking, if you don't want change.

Just thinking out load and wondering what others think, again in my previous post, I don't want any sort of recognition, to be honest I'd be a bit embarrassed saying no keep it as a tip, I prefer when they say nothing but what about guys that do expect to pay what is advertised, should they have to embarrass themselves by asking for there change?
