My guess would be that the more mature a person is (may it be a man, woman, escort, or else) the less likely they suffer fools..

The more mature, the better they may be in touch with their own likes/dislikes, needs and wants, etc.

(The young'uns are still oh-so-eager to please, whereas a more mature person may not sacrifice their own needs etc.)

Of course all exchange should be done kindly, civilly, and courteously.. No excuse for rudeness under any circumstances..
