yes i hear u i aint heartless and i have this arguement on here before, i strongly disagree with some of the speed limits they are just there to generate money nothing to do with safety like 60 on a dual carriageway!

Exactly! Bin the notification then wait for the Garda to call with a court summons..... Then go to court! Tell the judge your sorry for speeding , but you never received notification of fine and if you had you would of gladly paid the fine. When the judge asks " you recently unemployed and have a young family" . Will result in €100 to poor box and zero points and thrown out of court..... Male sure you have the money with you on the day to pay the court clerk! Judge has to give you the benefit/ opportunity to fine.

whats the chances of this working? id give it a shot but i heard they can hit u with four points and bigger fine?
