That's why i rarely go out clubbing anymore!! A similar situation happened to me with my sisters and some friends....... If I were to spot an escort in a public place I wouldn't even attempt to catch her eye. I would give serious consideration to the fact that she is there with friends. I would also be confident that these friends are not privy to her chosen line of work and even if they were I would still not put her in an awkward situation that may take from her enjoying her night out.
