Dress Etiquette?

I'm a jeans & t-shirt guy all the way myself, don't even own a tracksuit and never have; I have shorts and a pair of cotton trackies for use at the gym only, would NEVER where something like that for a punt, nor should anyone! Not if you actually want to be let in the door, that is!

But by all means, 'suit up' if you've got a nice one! The ladies will appreciate it, even if it's not necessary!

does it really matter as long as your clean. like if gone for punts on my lunch break in workwear. have a shower when your there man. its not a fashion show or an interview. sure sum escorts turn up in their underwear

I think it would depend on who you are going to visit

Making last minute booking for 30 minutes, you can, and probaly will show up in whatever you happen to be wearing.

On the other hand, if you make and advance booking with a particular lady, and you had time for a bit of anticipation, you may put

more thought into your appearance.. What do you think?

Much to be said for 'smart casual'. We Yanks are fairly accomplished at this: look absolutely effortless well groomed casual.. Hot.

Khakis or jeans, shirt or sweater, if you are clean and groomed (everywhere), you are a winner

If you are not a suit guy in your work, then putting on suit for a date, may make you uncomfortable-- defeating the purpose of the

Ok so I decided to go ahead and see a lady while wearing a t-shirt, ain't doing that again, the minute I walked into the room she ripped it off me, obviously she doesn't like T-shirts, I wouldn't mind but I actually liked that one

No, I'd never dress up particularly to go visit a lady, that sounded wrong, I mean I'm normally smartly casualy dressed so there would be no need, but I wouldn't go for dinner in a t-shirt and jeans where I would in a shirt and jeans, in my head I have a certain feeling as to what is and isn't acceptable attire for certain occasions and for me, a t-shirt although looks fine for out and about was just a step below what o would normally consider acceptable. That said I did go see the lady, she obviously didn't comment but I must say I did feel a little uncomfortable when I arrived and even as I walked away so I won't be doing it again

Just go however you feel comfortable! I wouldn't actually be 'suiting up' either-- I own 1 suit and haven't worn it in years, I'm not even sure it would still fit anyway!
