must be the worst period for heavyweights ever. the division has never been so barren of serious contenders. i definitely wont pay the €22 and prob wont even make it ot the pub to watch it. a serious yawn fest

It may not be as good as the old greats (in which you forgot about Lennox Lewis, fantastic fighter) but its going to be one of the best fights this year at the least, will definitelly be watching it, if only just to see Haye hit the floor with a mighty punch from Klitschko

Think we should have a protest against them, everyone boycott the fight until the next day and just watch the highlights lol
The fight's in Germany though so you'll be able to catch it in the pubs early enough unlike those annoying 4am Vegas events.

Don't think Haye has a hope, he'll probably have to get a KO as I don't see any points decision going against the German lad.

Interesting article in Ring magazine recently about how the Klits would match up against the greats of the past - Personally , i think they'd stack reasonably well esp Vitali - whilst not as skilled as Wlad,he's a really, really tough customer who maximises the use of his gargantuan frame. Both have decent for such behemoths but Wlad is always vulnerable with that dodgy chin. Both pretty much make the most of their talents and whilst admittedly,Lennox took Vitali at a few weeks notice.Vitali was well ahead on scorecards until the eye eruption.Did Lennox run from the rematch?Probably knowing,he didn't really have the hunger for training/fighting anymore,he prob made the prudent decision.

i think haye will knock him out but itl be a tough fight 4 him.he will prob also beat vitali but only cause he is now 40.if haye was to fight vitali both in their primes i reckon vitali would knock him out inside 5 rounds.haye is quicker and faster then wladimir but wladimir has a much stronger jab which he will use all the way through the rounds to try and frustrate haye. wladimir knows he doesnt av to knock haye out to win the fight but haye will av to.
