This is probably the easiest way, but if she doesn't have email, she can telephone us and give us a response over the phone. I conceed perhaps we should try to make it easier for girls to respond to reviews and that might help. About translating E-I into other languages... We have looked into this a little and found it wouldn't be practical to try to translate the whole site. We are currently trying to get our escort advert applications translated into a few other languages though, as we feel this may help... After all, it is no wonder ladies don't provide correct info, if they don't understand the questions! If anyone hear can speak English and another language perfectly, perhaps you might PM me, as maybe we could work something out. Patricia, I do get your point, it's been an eyeopener starting working in Ireland this year because the fake reviews and fake pictures that I agree are rife over here, doens't seem to happen that way in England-
I wonder if there might be a different way of looking at the verified pics though- ie, that the onus is on the escort to prove it is her, rather than being on the site to prove it is not- so if a girl has been commented on as being 'in the pics' by several well known clients on the board/ a well known reviewer, or if she sends in a pic with her i.d. or a dated paper or something, etc...
I get what you said about how one girl might allow another girl to use her shot for i.d. to work off, but with the majority of the fake pic girls using porn stars and stock pictures, I would think that that only accounts for a small part of it?

What would stop an escort from bumping up her rating though? For example, if an agency had a number of girls posing as independent escorts and wrote fake reviews about all the girls to trick punters into thinking they are good, if you then provide option number three that same pimp/escort could add to their rating all they want and give an even more inaccurate impression.
If all the girls on the top on one particular page (just say the Cork page for example) worked for an agency but posed as independents and they all had 5 star ratings then gullible/unaware/unassuming punters might not look at some of the more genuine girls.
Also if the same pimp was given the ability to give bad ratings to genuine girls (as well as terrorise them by kicking their doors in) then you'd get an even worse rating/impression of those girls who aren't always stuck to the top of the page (just say the Cork page for example)

I wanted to see a few of the replies before I contributed to this thread so I could see some different opinions and solution suggestions, now I have.
Pat, You all do work hard and I think you all do a pretty good job considering, I have to say that.
Things I would personally be willing to be a part of as an escort that opts out of reviews.
Sending regular amature pics with no make up, full body and head shots this way you can know if photos are airbrushed...( I dont by the way. ) and if I do look like my pics.
A 1-10 scoring system with no details, something like;
Apperance .......... 1-10 ....... ( )
Photo match ........1-10 .........( )
Service ...............1-10 ....( )
overall satisfaction 1-10 ...... ( )
Something like that.
I also think that anyone accussed of, caught lying and posting fake/questionable reviews or recived 3 or more fake picture accusations suspended until appropriate proof presented, and investigated.
Also, perhaps you could consider hiring a independent critic. Someone who is a paying client to randomly visit ladies and write a private reviwe submitted only to yourself. If an escorts authentisity is questioned with reasonable doubt send him round. Pay for him to have a service and write a report...... Damn I'm reading this last bit back and even I can see the flaws, but hey I'm just throwing it out there.

Unfortunately there are a few girls with genuine reasons that shouldn't have to be made public just like client confidentuality, but we could always do simillar proceedures as the States.

Some great ideas thrown around about on how to verify the Photos for the profile some very easy to implement and others quite difficult to manage.
My own idea would be that if and when an escort contacts the Administration for inclusion on this site they must use a MSN/ Skype or other video link for contact.
This is not an imposition on any of the girls as their submissions are usually, I understand, made via the internet. Every Internet cafe has the facility to cater for this requirement. Once seen by the Administration, via the webcam, their photo can be verified.
This, of course, does not prevent other frauds such as misleading information, with regards to services provided and fees charged. There will always be loopholes and those who are dishonest will always find ways and means to deceive but it can and should be made as difficult as possible for deception to prevail while at the same time not making it so difficult that to adhere to the rules is an impossibility.
Video proof, via a live feed, is not so difficult.
Recently I spoke with a girl on the forum who didn't allow reviews and when I suggested she didn't look like her photo she sent me her email and we spoke and chatted on MSN. She could also see how I looked which assured her I wasn't hiding anything either. I have had a couple of nice afternoons with her but she still has fears of the present review sysytem.
Just as there are dishonest escorts we should be fully aware that there are dishonest punters who get hang-ups about matters outside the escorts control, such as availability, phone engaged and such matters. These punters often can then give a bad review based not on what makes an escort either good or bad but on how difficult it was to get the phone answered. No review should be allowed where the client didn't have a service; unless he turned up and for a genuine reason refused to follow through with the transaction. This reason should have sufficent gravity for the administration to take note of and act upon.
I hope that this is of some help in comming to a decision about how best to manage a very difficult and complex question.

The idea is very good but I think that everyone should understand the difficulty that escorts living here have with easily recognisable photos. You often see on reviews "she is beautiful, she should use her own photos". She does not use her own photos because she does not want to be easily identified by criminals, police, landlord etc.. What is safer for the escort in this regard is safer for the client.
Photos conjure up an image of the girl. When I meet that girl what concerns me is what I call the "disappointment factor". This is how pleased or disappointed I am with the physical appearence of the girl compared to the image generated by the photos.This could be rated as marks out of ten, with anything over five being pleasantly surprised. I would value this system if it could be adopted as part of the review.

I would have no problem with escorts, who for reasons of security or other reasons as outlined by Diver, decide to withhold photos or use photo which are very close PROVIDED that such was admitted in their profile.
There could be a message instead of "Verified Photo" and it could read something like "Photo is a genuine likeness as verified by Administration" who would of course have verified the likeness with the due, live video, process as outlined in my last post.
Others might argue that girls who need to hide behind false photos and who are worried about all that Diver mentioned should maybe find alternative employment where such measures are not needed.
One girl who didn't have her own photo on display explained it was because she didn't want neighbouring appartments or businesses knowing who she was or what she did...................but she found no problem with leaving me at her door, buzzing and phoning for about fifteen minutes. My security was compromised and indeed so was hers by her actions. So in that case I pointed out to her that it was purely for dishonest reasons and declined to stay for her services , which I later discovered left a lot to be desired.
Everyones security is of equal value.

Ah! The picture I created of me standing there was a little misleading............I actually came and went about five or six times. I walked up and down while I was waiting .........trying to act normally. I suppose if I had just tried her bell once and left then I would be accused of being a "timewaster" and of not turning up. I had already invested my time in getting to this escort's address so it was more than just a wasted fifteen minutes
But I do like the picture of me standing there buzzing a bell trying to look inconspicious.................now that is very funny.
