    Would agree with you here Dave.

    If I really, really wanted to see the lady I would still have gone ahead.

    Lady lost a genuine booking and with all the talk of TW's about she may regret decisions like this.

    I think most business's would honour the lower rate in the interest of customer relations, especially in today's climate.

    Ah ffs you book something at a price the deal is done and the advertised price goes up the next day if this happened with say Eircom or sky etc you'd get on the phone and eff the eff them out of it ......
