    Default iPad or Notebook

    Thinking of investing in either one and was looking for opinions.
    iPad don't allow flash player where's the notebook is like a portable pc .
    Any views folks

    I would go for a note book myself, but then again, I've only had a brief look at the iPad. I'm too used to the Windows software.

    I would be scared to death carrying an iPad around incase it got broke too!

    I have an Ipad and wouldn't be without it.. Its easy to carry, easy to use, and you can get a cover for it Sam that if it falls it wont break.. As you said the only down side is no flash..

    I was looking at a Sony notebook , fully pre installed with flash and virus softwares and all other gadgets .:

    I really like my notebook, easy to take around with you, pretty good battery life and as Sam says, got all the software as your PC.
    Does have its limitations if your downloading alot of stuff, but I tend to do all that on the PC
