Hey Sperminator, sounds like maybe you just need a break from it for a while. Take time out, and then see how you feel. You may just get the buzz back, and if not then you know it's time to stop.
When you're favorites start to retire it's hard. but all good things come to an end at some stage.
And if you're really determined to stop, then you should really go out with a bang - your last meal: Amber, Ciara and Layla :-)
