As I have gotten older I have started to take greater care, I have always been very fussy about general hygiene but I now have a bathroom full of mens beauty products which I use.
I brush my teeth 3/4 times a day, I floss twice a day, I shower minimum three times a day, I clean my ears after each shower, I trim my nosehair, I shave each morning and if going out at night I shave again, I use a skin remover for my feet and I use products like nivea for men.
I go to the dentist every six months and the hygienist the same. When I brush my teeth I also brush my tongue.
Still getting old and wrinkled though but I smell nice.

Get into shower, rinse body down, in between and underneath.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday evening shampoo hair.
