Ksteve, not sure about an organised structure. Independents talk to each other, normally through forums, to warn of dangerous punters, recommend locations, ask advice etc. I wouldn't call that 'organised', you have to make all your own decisions, room bookings, advertising, deciding on which punters you will see or not, pay your taxes etc. We will give each other advice, especially on how to stay safe.
