Having spent the last 24 hours suffering with a fever and a blinding headache, I think my safest option will be to stay in bed. That is as soon as I change these sweat stained sheets. Looking at them I could probably put them on eBay as they look remarkably like the shroud of turin.:confused

Anyway I'm off to get some painkillers and fresh sheets.

Yup! You've just got to keep on going! I broke my ankle at the start of a 7 minute dance once and had to just keep on going! I went to AE after in a sparkly pink dress

I suggest you give him a good, sharp kick in the nuts. That way I'm sure he will forget about his rib.

You wouldn't happen to be a chiropractor as well as an expert in CPR? (and everything else)

It seems that Dave sorted himself out of our thryst by becoming feverish and speaking of the Shroud of Turin.. So, his ribs will have a chance to heal.. I'm afraid in his present condition he is beyond my help... If he came to me now, it's fearful he may begin to speak in tongues from the over exertion of his cracked rib, his fever and me... it'd just be too much.. So I recommended bedrest.. Hope he recovers..

Now as to your back, I have a couple of exercises that could be helpful..
