I would say on ordinary level you’re defying human anatomy here.

In order to give a proper blow job, a certain suction motion is required and also a certain tightness over the penis. If you further open more your mouth to try to lick anything, the suction is gone out of the window, so it’s the tightness so what are you left is a fucking slobbery blow job where only the head of the penis (if long enough) will reach your throat and for the rest of your member, you’re hardly going to feel much at all.
